Recreational Walk-In registration this weekend! Saturday, May 5th 10am-12pm
The Recreational Program offers children between the ages of 4 to 18 a introduction to soccer from a beginner to moderate level of play.
Depending on the age group, coaches will contact players starting in late July to the first week of August to inform them of their practice schedules. Some coaches are on vacation during this period, which means the calls might come a bit later. The league playing season (actual game play) runs from early September through October and older ages levels it could be Mid-Novemeber.
The Rohnert Park Soccer Club is operated by volunteers and your involvement is always welcomed.
Registration will be done on a first come, first placed basis within the age groups with priority given to our league residents.
TEAMS WILL ONLY BE FORMED WHERE THERE ARE SUFFICIENT COACHES!
Recreational Fees for 2018:
*$125 per player - cash, check (made payable to RPSC), or credit card (3% convenience fee will be added).
Sibling Discount (brothers/sisters in the same family) - $115 for each additional sibling.
There will be a $40 late fee for players registered on or after June 11, 2018.
* Registration Fees do NOT include uniform and or equipment. Uniforms can be purchased at the Walk-in Registration on Saturday, May 5, 2018.

ONLINE REGISTRATION ENDS ON MONDAY, JUNE 11, 2018.
Saturday, May 5, 2018 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Cross and Crown, 5475 Snyder Lane, Rohnert Park.
RECREATIONAL REFUND POLICIES:
All refund requests must be made by the end of the day on July 1st of the current year to be considered. Refunds will always be minus $25 processing fee per player.
All refund requests made on or after July 2nd of the current year may not be accepted.
The Treasurer and the Registrar will review requests received on or after July 2nd of the current year depending on the circumstances, exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refund, if approved, will be mailed out no later than 10 calendar days from the approval date.
To receive the scholarship, you will need to agree to volunteer 6 hours of your time at a RPSC Board held event like the fireworks booth and/or picture day.
If agreed, you will need to:
1) Pay a $60.00 registration fee at that the time of registration;
2) Provide a postdated check in the amount of $65.00 and dated July 10, 2018
(this $65.00 needs to be secured by check/cash/credit or debit card, no exceptions and no scholarship);
3) Complete Scholarship Form
You will be notified by June 12, 2018, if your scholarship has been improved.
If approved, you will need to complete your 6 hours of volunteer time for the RPSC or your check will be cashed. Once your time commitment has been completed we will either destroy the check or return it to you.
**If you received a scholarship 2017 and did NOT complete your volunteer hours, you are NOT eligible for the 2018 Fall Season**
Birth certificates will be required for new players to recreational soccer and advancing players to the U12-U19 recreational age group.
Play-up requests must be done at a walk-in registration only or email the registrar. All play-up requests are approved on a case by case basis pending room in the age division that is being requested.
